General Terms & Conditions

Exclusive UnionPay (“UPI”) Promotions will only be valid for UnionPay Credit or Debit or Prepaid Card with card numbers starting with 62 (“Card” or “Cards”) Cardholders (“Cardholders”) at participating merchant outlets, unless otherwise specified

All promotions are valid through from 8 June 2018 till 12 August 2018, unless otherwise specified.

Payment must be made in full with a valid UnionPay Card.

UnionPay Cards must be presented / mentioned before ordering or at point of making payment.

Promotions are not valid for other on–going promotions, discounts, vouchers, rebates, privilege cards, loyalty programmes or in–house offers unless otherwise specified.

Prices listed may be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes where applicable.

UPI makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the Merchant’s goods and services. Any dispute about the same must be resolved directly with Merchant.

UPI shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim or damage suffered or incurred as a result of the use of the Merchant’s goods and services.

UPI and the participating restaurants / outlets reserve the right to waive / vary / amend the privileges or terms and conditions and / or terminate or withdraw the privileges / Programme without prior notice and liability to any party.

Amendments to the Promotion, including but not limited to changes to existing privileges, terms and conditions and partner participation will be updated on the GSS 2018 website, under the section “UnionPay Exclusives Privileges” regarding the Promotion supersedes all prior communications on the same. Cardholders who use UnionPay Cards at participating merchant outlets will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these amendments.

所列价格可能不包括服务费以及现行的政府消费税（若适用）。

UPI不对商家提供的任何商品及服务的质量、适销性或适用性进行任何担保或表示。任何关于此类的争论必须直接联络商家解决。

由于使用商家提供的产品和服务而造成的任何损失、伤害、索赔或损害，UPI不承担任何责任。

UPI及参与活动的餐厅/商店保留在不事先通知任何方的情况下放弃/更改/修订优惠或条款和条件和/或终止或取消优惠/方案的权利。

对促销活动的修订，包括但不限于更改现有的优惠、条款和条件，以及合作伙伴的参与，将会在GSS 2018（2018热卖会）官网上更新，请参阅网页中“银联专属特权”部分，该部分内容将取代之前所有已发布的内容。持卡人在参与活动的商家使用银联卡即视为已同意接受这些内容的修订。

The FREE publicity, which will be from 8 June 2018 onwards, will be given at SRA’s discretion, and SRA reserves the right to edit as deemed fit.

SRA reserves the right to give SRA members priority for the FREE publicity.

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you have also agreed to allow your details to be used to create a GoSpree Merchant Account under your Brand/Company and you shall assume full responsibility in managing your GoSpree Merchant Account.
